Shipping Policy

At Hairby-Quinzy, we do our best to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time:
All ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For custom wigs or pre-order items, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping Time:
• Domestic orders: 2–5 business days
• International orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Important Notes:
• Processing time is separate from shipping time.
• Hairby-Quinzy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order — we can’t be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the lace has been cut, the hair has been installed, styled, or altered in any way.

We do accept returns or exchanges only if:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (tags and lace intact).
• You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, please return the item within 7 days at your own shipping cost. After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are issued only at our discretion once we confirm the item’s condition.

Please note, we do not accept returns for:
• Custom-made wigs
• Sale or discounted items
• Items sent back without approval

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your business email] with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll review it and make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, processing usually begins and we won’t be able to cancel or make changes.
