Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days.
Custom or pre-order items: 7–14 business days before shipping.
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a follow-up once your order is prepared.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Domestic (Canada): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Customers receive a tracking email after shipment.
Transit times exclude customs delays, which are outside our control.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The price shown on each product page is the final product price before shipping. Any business costs are already built into the listed price, and no additional sales tax is added at checkout.
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, preparation begins and cancellation is no longer possible. Email support@hairbyquinzy.com with your order reference to request a cancellation.
Returns
Returns are accepted only when all of the following are true:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Item is in its original packaging
- Return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis after the item is received and inspected.

- Custom wigs
- Sale items
- Altered items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hairbyquinzy.com with your order reference and clear photos. We'll make it right.
