Terms of service

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we have accepted payment and issued an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is mispriced, unavailable or suspected of fraud — and to refund payment in full in that case.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. The price shown on each product page is the final product price before shipping — no separate tax line is added at checkout, and any business costs are already reflected in the listed price. Shipping costs may still apply and are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom or pre-order items require 7–14 business days of preparation before dispatch. Domestic (Canada) delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch; international delivery is typically 7–14 business days, excluding customs delays that are outside our control. Custom wigs are made to your specifications after a quote has been agreed. Because each unit is built to order, custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any inspiration images you upload are used solely to guide construction. Small variations in colour, density and length are inherent to hand-crafted work.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 3 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to our Shop Policies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis after inspection. Custom wigs, sale items and altered items are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@hairbyquinzy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. We will replace, repair or refund as appropriate.

Wigs are delicate. We provide general care guidance but cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper handling, third-party stylists, chemical services, heat overuse or storage in unsuitable conditions.

All content on hairbyquinzy.com — including logos, photography, videos, product descriptions and page copy — is owned by Hairbyquinzy or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written consent.

By uploading inspiration images or other content in a custom request you confirm you have the right to share them and grant Hairbyquinzy a limited licence to use them internally to prepare your quote and build your wig. We do not publish customer-uploaded images without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hairbyquinzy's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including missed events, professional styling costs, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
